Your request is important to us. If we are unable to post the video for you or fulfill your request, we will get in touch with you (we never track or give out your personal information for any use other than to respond to your requests, & submitting your contact info is entirely optional).

For customer reviews, we will wait until donations can cover the price of buying new devices and software that you would like us to review. We solicit device donations from companies that sell accessibility devices & software so that we can be we can be knowledgeable, but we will reject all requests that require positive review or specific promotion. We want to ensure our videos are 100% unbiased!
